It is time to get the party started.
3/20/2012 12:25:05 PM
Don’t we love our street parties? And a royal celebration offers no better excuse for residents to hold one. Last year it was Will and Kate’s wedding and this year it’s the Queen’s diamond jubilee. Between June 2-5th we’lll be hearing sausages sizzling, bottles popping, laughter and music! Afterall, what better way of getting to know your neighbours?
Photography - Are the Professionals Worth it Anymore?
3/5/2012 8:39:10 PM

Digital cameras have revolutionised photography – even I have moved from a compact digital to reasonable starter digital SLR.  Occasionally I even surprise myself with a reasonably good photo. So do we need the professionals anymore?

Could you get a BTurr Experience?
2/29/2012 9:08:45 PM

Has anyone else ever had the BT experience?

A couple of weeks ago I moved from office b to office a, my BT phone line was being moved to a socket that was less than 3 feet away. Everything went so unbelievably smoothly that I even said to the engineer “that was too easy!”

Was it Snow Go for You?
2/6/2012 11:01:35 PM
Have you made plans for this week yet?  I know the icy conditions may be putting you off doing many things but according to the Met Office it seems that the snowy spell is now coming to an end!
Time I want it now!
2/1/2012 12:08:54 PM

I want time, I want it and I want it now.  It won’t be wasted because I know I will find a million and one things to do with it! Unlikely that it will be twiddling my thumbs or sitting doing nothing or even having a massage because in my head I would be thinking ‘but I could be doing this or that’.  Funny really because I often complain that I don’t have the time to sit down and send a one word answer to a simple text message!

New Year
1/9/2012 11:03:59 AM

Did you make a New Year's Resolution?  For the last few years, mine is always be to more organised!  Every year I invest in the tools to ensure I am organised and it lasts for a while but then time or lack of it always seems to get the better of me!

Every year about forty percent of us Brits make a New Year’s resolution, although  Professor Richard Wiseman says only 12% will be successful by the end of the year. Some of us don’t expect success.  If success is important to you, try resolutions that you know you will keep, after all success is such a confidence booster!
