Payment terms

We require payments to be made as follows:

•     Full payment for all advertisements must normally be received on booking.

•     Discounts do not apply to late payment.

•     Payment by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, cash or cheque - payable to “Essentially Local” - are all accepted.

•     Standing order available upon request - conditions apply.

•     VAT is not charged. Prices and details valid from November 2011 and  may be subject to change without notice.

•     Please note if your payment is not received you may be referred to our Solictors for collection of outstanding debts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an advert confirmed verbally or written should be happen at least one week before the copy deadline. We reserve the right to charge for any work carried out and for spaces not filled due to cancellation. Cancellation of an advertising package prior to completion will result in an administration fee of £30 and payment of discounts already applied.
