Charity Cream Tea Fundraiser

Elaine Hance is a fundraiser volunteer for Newlife. Local disabled children within Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire. 100% of every penny raised goes directly to assist a child.

She raises the funds by attending fayres and fetes to sell crafts she has made. Not only does she sell, but she also makes these beautiful handmade items. From pyrography, to trinkets and anything else she can turn her hand to, she’ll try it.

Elaine has been fundraising for 5 years and has raised £18,000 for these children, in all helping 18  children.

In partnership with ARTea Room, Wakefield Farm, Elaine has organised an afternoon tea on 29 April. The event will run from 12.00noon until 3.30pm Tickets are £15.00 each and available from Elainehance@yahoo.com.

Of course, you’ll enjoy the usual standards with proper tea, deliciously filled sandwiches, scrumptious cakes and light fluffy scones. Local businesses have also demonstrated their support by donating wonderful raffle prizes.

At this time, there are 25 children within our area who are in need of vital equipment from Newlife. Ultimately the goal is to change their lives and make daily living a more comfortable and pleasurable.

  1. So excited about this event. James kindly offered to open up ARTea Room especially for Newlife The Charity for Disabled Children. Busy now wrapping the amazing raffle prizes that have been donated. 21 prizes tickets to be sold and drawn on the day. Huge thanks to everyone who is helping this event to be a success.
