Happy Bodies 12 hour Spinathon is coming to the gym on 11 August 2017. This spinathon is designed to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity. The event start at 8am there will be a spin class every hour for 30 mins. The bikes are now taken (for a donation) but you can still join in. Just pop into Happy Bodies for a cuppa and cake during the day. You don’t need to be a member for this event.
If your cooking skills are good why not bake some cakes to sell on the day and raise even more money for the charity. The event is in support of Liz Miller’s aim to raise money for The Brain Tumour Trust.
Happy Bodies, an independently run fitness centre in Old Stratford, welcomes you to their friendly environment. Most of all, Laura and team want you to enjoy the experience of being active. They offer a fully equipped gym with Technogym equipment. You will find a variety of CV kit, fixed resistance machines, Kinesis stations and a selection of free weights. There’s also a studio for classes, a private personal training studio and a treatment with visiting Sports Massage Therapists and Physiotherapist.
The Brain Tumour Charity is committed to funding world-class research into brain tumours, from the earliest laboratory studies to clinical trials. They have invested £18.3 million to date into research that they believe will have a real impact on the brain tumour community. They need your support to continue this work.
