Technical specifications - Advertisements must be sent in the following formats:

• Image attachments: JPEG / TIFF / EPS / PDF
  (Please make sure they are 300 dpi or if 72dpi at least 90cm in size. We cannot accept images in a Word document or publisher files)

• High quality images: Images supplied to us are of good quality - not grainy or blurred - as this is how they will appear in the publication.

• Text should include all the information you want on the advert and must be supplied in an MS word please check for errors. (Please note: certain fonts may need to be changed)

• Logo – please provide this as 300 dpi or 72dpi at least 90cm in size.

Please ensure you have full copyright for any images or adverts used.

Front Page banner -     40mm   H   by   178 mm W  (add on 3mm bleed)
+ 3rd Page article        228mm H   by   162 mm W

Back Page -                 228mm H   by   162mm W

Full Page -                  228mm H   by   162mm W

Half Page -                 110mm H   by   155mm W

Quarter Page -            110mm H   by   75mm W
